In this section you will find a few newsworthy items which should be plastered all over the front page of every newspaper all across the country.

It is incredible how the major media corporations keep major news off the front page, preferring to give us plenty of fluff instead of real news. FOX News has been caught going out of their way to give you "News" that is propaganda in disguise.

"There are 52 investigations going on right now in Congress, looking into potential crimes of the Bush administration!" -- Thom Hartmann, 2007-02-19

52 investigations??? Could that be some kind of record? It seems the Bush administration is trying very hard to keep the lid on embarrassing information. They certainly must not want congress to find out about any further corruption inside the Bush administration.

What may be even more incredible is the way the Bush administration requires government employees to get permission before speaking to congress during investigations! Either that or the government employees just flat out tell members of Congress that they can't answer their questions because it is classified information! How can Congress do their job if they don't have the proper information. Congress should make it a crime to classify information for the sole purpose of hiding illegal activities!!!

James Hansen gave a short lecture about global warming on Monday, February 26, 2007 which was shown on C-SPAN. It was very noticeable how he was always trying to choose his words very carefully, especially during the question and answer period. He said he may testify before congress as a private citizen so he may speak freely! From the way he was talking, it sounds like he is either going to be fired for what he was saying, or he is going to quit his job just so he can speak freely?

So far, how many employees from the CIA, Military personnel, etc. have quit their jobs because the policies of the Bush administration severely conflict with their own conscious?

It doesn't seem to really matter if they get convictions from the indictments. You know they will be pardoned[1] if they lie for the administration. Even if they don't get pardoned, they can wind up making out like a bandit like Oliver North.

(Sarcasm intended) The firing of seven U.S. attorneys had nothing to do with politics. For example, Carol Lam, a former U.S. attorney in San Diego, was fired during her investigation of the Duke Cunningham case. See she wasn't fired for political reasons, they just didn't want anymore indictments! They already have at least 52 indictments! (PDF) Can you believe the amount of government corruption under the Bush administration?

Incredible video's that show just how naive most people are about home security! These videos show how simple it is to use a special key that anyone can easily make or buy to unlock most any lock. If the key will fit into the lock, then the lock will most likely open! It is scary to know how quickly someone can bypass locks!

I watched about 10 different video's on this subject. Every time, the person was able to open the lock in seconds!!!

I'm never going to trust locks again! No wonder people put motion sensor alarms on their doors!

When will the United States government tell the real truth? From a mathematical perspective, it is not very likely that planet earth is the only home to life in the universe. For some reason, this seems to directly tie in with The Lost Tomb of Jesus ([2]) on Discovery Channel. Aliens can't exist because the reasoning in the Christian Bible says they can't? Aliens and Christianity, one can't exist if the other one does? How is finding the tomb of Jesus any different than officially announcing proof Aliens really do exist? There are tons of evidence that says the tomb of Jesus and aliens both exist.

The Rachel Maddow Show is one of the best news and commentary shows you will find anywhere.

Randi Rhodes sometimes says things which some people would consider to be the outrageous rantings of a crazed person. However, most outrageous is that what Randi is saying is actually the real truth, strong enough to stand up in court before a federal judge! Think about this for a minute. After you know the real truth and can see all the propaganda being spoon fed to us by corporate media, would you just let the lies be told, uncontested? Randi makes a very good attempt to keep corporate media in check!

If you only look at one thing during your visit here, then watch this video or read the text version. It is like seeing the secret game plan of the Bush administration! The video was made rather recently, however the text version was written in 2003. Both the video and text version are by Thom Hartmann. The only bad thing about C-SPAN seems to be that when they are not covering events, they seem to be quite conservative in their views. (Click on the C-SPAN link above to read about that.)

Why did I create this Wiki?

In my opinion, it seems that people are to busy watching American Idol or worrying about who is going to get Anna Nicole's baby than paying attention to what will directly effect them. If they don't open their eyes soon, they may never be able to stop the runaway train heading down the dead end track.

My analogy: Someone is walking down the sidewalk so preoccupied with something on the other side of the street that they fail to see the sign post they are about to run into. I'm just trying to say, "Lookout!" and direct their attention to something more important.

Unfortunately, people are so distracted with what is going on in their own micro-environments, they fail to see the big picture of what is going on in the real world in which they live.

I created the Your-Rights.com website because I wanted to share the information that I found while web surfing, listening to Air America, etc. with other people. I feel it is important for other people to have a greater chance to see what I have seen.

After operating Your-Rights.com for over four years, I was getting a bit burned out from blogging about all the depressing current events. I decided to give others the opportunity to share their knowledge and concerns through the medium of a wiki.

I feel a wiki is a great way to share information for several reasons. It is fairly easy to use the wiki software. Unlike most other web interfaces, a wiki allows anyone to update existing articles or create completely new ones. This allows anyone to fix typo's, remove false information and add additional information.

By viewing the popular pages list, you will notice that people do actually view the pages within this wiki. Unfortunately, besides me there has only been one other person contribute anything besides SPAM content.

Here is something that I feel deserves more attention, especially since people are starting to be more aware of the issues involved with global warming.

The article you will see by following this link is a short paragraph which has a lot of links. If you view each of the links, you will learn a lot about this issue, which definitely needs some real public debate.

There is a lot of very important information within that article. If you take the time to review the provided links, you will probably be appalled by the inner workings of the War on drugs!

The above link goes to my other website, which I designed. It may not be the best website that you have ever seen. Some people have even told me, "That site sucks!" Aesthetics are nice to look at, but the information is what is most important. As you most likely already know, mean people will drive you into the ground if you let them. And besides, if you don't like the way it looks, why not offer to help make it look better?

I try my best to get people to open their eyes. Hopefully I am creating a positive effect and making a difference by helping people start thinking about the world in which they live instead of the world of their favorite celebrities.

If you know of something which you feel would be beneficial for others to know about, please feel free to go ahead and add your information. Please don't be afraid that you might mess everything up or something similar. Anything that you could possibly break is very easy to fix!
